PLJ-6LED is a cost-effective microprocessor based, six-digit digital frequency display/counter. It can be used for conventional frequency measurement or as a transceiver band displ;ay.

Excellent device!
I've bought several of them over the last few years, and have used them in a number of receiver projects. They are excellent, and can be used with any IF offset. Most radios have a point where you can connect to the local oscillator without upsetting it, and if you're building your own radio, it's easy enough to design for this. I will be buying more of these, as the need arises, or when they go on sale.

Great Counter AND digital display for receivers
The counter/display board was just as advertised. The board was prewired with connectors wired and ready to connect. The offset for IF was not explained but I did figure out how to program it for 455 KHz. The blue display is very bright and easy to read and the board is very accurate either as a frequency counter or as a digital display for older shortwave receivers. It is well worth the price.
